Donation and admin rights

ok new rules for donations and admin rights.

1. It's $1.25 a week fixed so i can keep track of all the people who want admin.
2. Abusers will get 2 strikes then banned for a day. 3rd strike admin is removed.
3. after you get admin removed you get perma banned from server.

edit: new rule, only people who I see fit to deserve admin will get it, but I still need the donations.

for all you noobs out there that want admin on my server i have not many rules.

1. do not ask for admin repeatedly. it will not help
2. the "you can trust me" phrase does not make me trust you.
3. the top two donators get admin.
